Lulu IT Parks Launches Dedicated Non-SEZ Tower at Lulu IT Twin Towers, SmartCity Kochi

Kochi, Kerala: Lulu IT Parks has successfully demarcated one of its towers at Lulu IT Twin Towers, SmartCity Kochi, as a Non-Processing Area (NPA) of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), unlocking a dedicated Grade A office tower exclusively for Non-SEZ clients. The move marks a major milestone for the campus and reinforces Lulu IT Parks' position as one of Kerala's premier business and technology destinations.

A New Option for Non-SEZ Enterprises

The newly demarcated tower adds a fresh category of premium office space to the project's portfolio, giving a wider range of enterprises the opportunity to establish operations within SmartCity Kochi, without the operational constraints of SEZ compliance.

Since launch, strong market demand has already translated into early leasing momentum: approximately 20% of the space (2.5 lakh sq. ft.) has been pre-leased, with active discussions underway with several prospective tenants for the remaining inventory.
